Nerang warehouse sells pre-auction for $300,000

A NEWLY refurbished warehouse in the Gold Coast suburb of Nerang has sold pre-auction for $300,000 at 3/21 Lawrence Drive.

The asset, that came with a 148sq m* building area and a 35sq m* approved office mezzanine, was one of only five units in a boutique complex.

The property was marketed and sold by Ray White Commercial Gold Coast award-winning duo Jared Johnson and Lachlan Marshall.

Mr Johnson said the seller, who owns and runs his own local fridge panel installation company, was an owner occupier looking to downsize.

“The buyer is an owner occupier looking to upsize from his current space rented in Burleigh. He owns and runs Pratley Guitars, a local guitar designer and manufacturer,” he said.

“We had an influx of interest from small businesses looking to purchase a property rather than renting and it’s actually the third time we’ve sold this exact property.

“The asset was available as vacant possession and the quality high clearance warehouse/office was too good an opportunity for buyers to ignore.”

Mr Marshall said the location of the property was one of the key drawcards as it was strategically positioned on one of Nerang’s busiest and most high-profile streets.
