Industrial Lots in Gold Coast Growth Area for Sale
Industrial lots in a new estate at Upper Coomera in the Gold Coast’s northern growth area are being offered for sale by Ray White Commercial Gold Coast.
The 11 lots at 48 Kristins Lane, Upper Coomera, are being marketed by Adam Young of Ray White Commercial Gold Coast and are available for sale via private treaty in one line or separately.
Adam Young said the blocks range in size from 1,456 sqm to 3,614 sqm and offer a “clean layout” with ample street frontage.
