INVESTORS have the chance to make a splash as a tenanted Gold Coast aquatic centre goes under the hammer at 137 Explorers Way in Highland Park.

The asset, that comes with a 1,104sq m* site area, is on the eastern side of Explorers Way and benefits from a high-volume traffic road.

The property is being marketed and sold by Ray White Commercial Gold Coast Sales Specialist Michael Willems and Sales Professional Jackson Rameau.
