In 2018, Sean relocated to the Gold Coast with Cushman & Wakefield, quickly establishing himself as a top performer and earning a reputation for his professionalism and in-depth knowledge of the local industrial market.

With extensive brokerage and project marketing experience, Sean has worked with major groups including Goodman Group, Charter Hall, the Queensland Government, as well as a wide range of small, medium, and large enterprises and high-net-worth individuals. His expertise spans across multiple industrial asset classes, from strata-titled and freehold warehousing to factories, distribution centres, and beyond.
