With a career spanning over three decades in the property sector, James brings deep expertise and a sharp commercial acumen to every transaction.

After completing a combined Economics and Law degree at the University of Sydney, James began his career in funds management and commercial property finance. He was soon recruited by a leading commercial agency, where his natural aptitude for property strategy quickly stood out. This led to a long-term executive role with Mirvac, where he served as General Manager of Marketing and Sales for 16 years—overseeing major campaigns and contributing to the success of landmark residential and commercial projects across Australia.

Returning to agency work to pursue his passion for commercial transactional real estate, James has since represented some of Australia’s most prominent corporations and institutions. His experience covers major commercial assets as well as large-scale residential development projects.

James is known for his strategic approach, client-first mindset, and ability to craft targeted marketing and sales strategies that deliver exceptional results. His reputation as a skilled negotiator is backed by a strong track record of achieving standout outcomes in complex and competitive markets.
