Southport Strata Retail Unit Sale at The Shores

Southport Strata Retail Unit Sale at The Shores

A strata retail unit within the Brighton on Broadwater Shores complex at Southport has been sold by Ray White Commercial Southport, with another six units available for sale.

The vacant unit at 405/1 Como Crescent, Southport, was sold for $433,500 to an owner-occupier by Luke Boulden and Wayne Devenport of Ray White Commercial Southport on behalf of a local owner.

Luke Boulden said the approximately 61 sqm unit with approximately 28 sqm of alfresco area was the first of seven held by the entity to be sold and the owner is highly motivated to sell the remaining properties.

“The retail units have been on the market with other agencies for more than three years with Ray White Commercial Southport the first to achieve sales success,” he said.

“The vendor is extremely motivated to release the remaining six units with prices starting from $399,000.”

Wayne Devenport said the units range in size from approximately 47 sqm to approximately 128 sqm.

“There is an opportunity here to capitalise on a vibrant living precinct and join existing operators within the popular Meriton precinct,” he said.

“The units are a practical size and several offer existing restaurant infrastructure.”
