Ray White Commercial Gold Coast’s Steven King has scored a perfect 10 from a customer survey following his sale prior to auction of a retail property at Broadbeach.

The sales success prompted the vendors to give Steven King a 10 out of 10 score in a Ray White customer satisfaction survey.

As part of the Ray White customer experience strategy, feedback is sought from clients in an email survey and agents are given a net promoter score (NPS).

Steven’s efforts prompted the happy vendors Carmine and Ruth to record a perfect 10 for their agent.

The NPS is a simple metric that represents how likely a client would be to refer the agent to other people with a 10 the highest score possible and an indication the customer would be highly likely to recommend the agent.

“The customer satisfaction program is about putting the customer at the heart of everything we do, and measuring how well we are servicing our customers,” said Ray White Director and CEO Dan White.

“We are using the program as a part of our Ray White customer experience strategy because we know that great customer service is intrinsic to business growth and profitability.”

The Victoria Avenue, Broadbeach, property was due to be auctioned at a Ray White Commercial Gold Coast auction event at the Gold Coast Turf Club in February but was sold after five offers were received prior to auction.

“Steven’s professional approach was most impressive as he started the marketing immediately, even though it was during the Christmas holiday period as we wanted to attract any interstate visitors,” the vendors said.

“He was always approachable and gave us prompt feedback. We liked the way he settled the deal. He was prompt and kept us informed.”
