Industrial Lots in Gold Coast Growth Area for Sale
Industrial lots in a new estate at Upper Coomera in the Gold Coast’s northern growth area are being offered for sale by Ray White Commercial Gold Coast.
The 11 lots at 48 Kristins Lane, Upper Coomera, are being marketed by Adam Young of Ray White Commercial Gold Coast and are available for sale via private treaty in one line or separately.
Adam Young said the blocks range in size from 1,456 sqm to 3,614 sqm and offer a “clean layout” with ample street frontage.
“This newly developed state of the art industrial estate represents a significant opportunity to acquire sizeable industrial land close not only to the M1, but also to excellent local amenities, eateries and shops,” he said.
“We already have three of the 11 lots under agreement so demand for this offering is very strong.

“The main purpose of the upgrade was to improve both existing roundabouts to signalised intersections with a focus on reducing the risk of queuing on the motorway ramps that potentially causes interference with the safe operation of the M1,” he said.
